The food was yummy with variety of options. The employees where excellant friendly and extremely friendly and offered good services. The airport was approx 16 minutes' drive away.

Located just a 5-minute walk from a bus stop, this place offers separate rooms, extremely comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a wide array of delicious food.

The value for money was great, with a spacious and comfy room, complete with an electric blanket and heater to keep me warm on a chilly night. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Friendly welcome and helpful info about access to concert gate. Great place to stay if attending an event at Pukekura Park or the races. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious studio layout. The quick and free wifi for multiple devices was a great bonus, especially during the rainy weather. The 50 channels of Sky TV came in handy as well. Despite a slightly unclean bathroom, the overall standard was good. The location was convenient, and the on-site parking and free wifi were appreciated. The beds were comfortable and warm, and the kitchen facilities were satisfactory. The hotel staff were absolutely great and made the stay enjoyable. The TV had awesome programs for children, which was a plus. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The Christmas decorations were nice and cozy, and we got two complimentary drinks at the bar on arrival. The location was great, close to the beach and shops. The balcony had a nice view of the city.

The room was not very clean. The carpet had stains and there was hair in the bathroom.
